Return Policy

Does product need to be returned? Please send an Email to returns@nascominc.com for return material authorization. If you prefer, simply send the product back to us at:

If sending product back, please include as much information as possbile such as reason for return, original PO #, original Sales Order and/or Invoice, the quantity and product number. With this information, we can accurately credit your account when the product is received. Also, please advise credit Email address. All credit memos will be sent via Email to the party indicated on the return.

In the rare instance you find a product defective, please give us as much information as possible. Analyzing even one malfunctioning switch could be the key to an even more reliable product line.
