Shipping Information

What Shipping Carriers does NASCOM use?

For domestic shipments, UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

For international shipments, UPS, FedEx, USPS and DHL.

We can ship on our carrier accounts and add the cost to the invoice (Prepaid + Add). We can ship on your carrier account without add shipping to the invoice (Collect).

If you don’t request a specific carrier, we will choose UPS. We have extremely competitive rates with UPS. For shipments less than 15 pounds and 555 cubic inches, we ship via 2 Day Air to the continental US.

Lifetime Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. Enjoy a lifetime guarantee on all our hardwir3ed products. In the rare event a Nascom magnetic contact failure due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it.

Short Lead Times

Our San Diego warehouse stocks our highest running parts, ensuring they are ready for immediate shipment. For all other products, we are currently quoting production leadtime of 7 days or less on all products.
