MAGNASPHERE™ technology is an excellent, cost effective alternative in applications where reed and other types of switches are not sufficient, due to either rigors or the environment of the application.

Some of the features of the MAGNASPHERE™ Switch include:
• High Closed Contact Integrity which is not influenced by Electromagnetic Interference (EMI).
• Impervious to impact and Extremes of Temperature.
• Anti-Tamper - A stronger magnetic field outside the activation zone will cause a closed switch to open.
• High-Voltage Resistant - Contacts will not permanently weld.
• Safe for use in Volatile Atmospheres.  
• Small Size allows for numerous packaging options.  
• Construction allows for automatic PCB insertion, Wave Soldering and Insert Plastic Injection Mold For high volume applications.  
• Design is compatible with Surface Mount PCB technology.  
• MAGNASPHERE™ Technology can be configured for other switch forms - Tilt, Ferrous Proximity, High Current, and Form C Contacts.
